ABOUT

Gold Glove Baseball Camp is specifically designed for youngsters in grades K-8 who have a desire to learn and improve playing the game of baseball. From the beginning player to the veteran Little Leaguer, the camp program focuses on and promotes teamwork, learning, and fun, along with a strong focus on skill development through drill work and structured game instruction.
The daily program begins with dynamic stretching followed by instructional session that allows the players to practice the skill being taught that day or one taught previously during the week. A coach pitched game (allows the game to move quickly and campers to receive as many at bats as possible) follows with teams using a rotating batting order to ensure that all campers get a maximum number of at bats during the day and throughout the week.
After lunch, a second instructional skill development session is held which is then followed by a second game of the day. In the event of rain, campers will be taken indoors for a baseball movie, trivia contest, along with group/individual instruction.
